The J. Rodie Hope Alliance was formed in 2006 with a dream of reaching children and families with Cerebral Palsy and other disabilities all over the world, by providing assistance and financial aid.
Having CP myself, I have experienced many years of "dealing" with the pain, judgement and often times lack of hope for my body to function what I would consider to be normal or at least not in severe pain. |
In a strange way having a diability has actually lit a fire and created a purpose to strengthen my own body as well as create a facility and camps where families and children who may feel like their isn't visionfor a solid foundation or anyone out there that can relate can come together and build stronger minds and bodies based on their desire and intention to be the best version of themselves on this planet that they can possibly be.
Our current goal is to raise awareness and funds to host events and provide children who are in need of medical supplies such as wheelchairs and braces through our foundation. There will be camps and clinics in the near future where massage therapy, physical therapy and even water work outs will be available at no cost to those who are wiilling to create a more fulfilling life for themselves through the J. Rodie Hope Alliance.
Some of our current projects include providing aid towards a cure for CP which is currently being explored in other Countries. Raising awareness in this area and Hope is essential for anyone suffering with CP. Current studies show 1 out of 276 children have CP, with this shocking information and lack of resources to those families in need of assistance - it is our mission as the J. Rodie Hope Alliance to create an establishment that provides resources and solutions as are deserved.
Let me close by saying that I will never give up on what God has
begun. I trust that what He started He will complete. This is an
opportunity to show support that will inevitably benefit so many
kids. I greatly appreciate your time and consideration.
Thank you and God Bless.
Sincerely,
Jason Rodie
